Satoshi Tateuchi worked for many years at a leading Japanese office machine manufacturing company, which holds a 75%
market share in Japan. He created and developed new business opportunities in several countries, reformed the product
manufacturing system, the maintenance services subsidiary and the sales department. As a result, he was instrumental in
greatly increasing the company’s profit.
In 2004, Satoshi moved to the U.S. and independently established a subsidiary of the manufacturing company and found
new dealers. He acquired authorization to introduce their products into NSA (U.S. National Security Agency) and CSS (U.S.
Central Security Service). He also established ties with other U.S. government agencies, mainly with the Department of
Defense (Pentagon) and police organizations.
After he returned to Japan, he established branch offices of the maintenance service company in 18 locations nationwide
in order to increase customer satisfaction. He also established a new factory for R&D and product manufacture in Japan.
Furthermore, he also managed the expansion of a machine manufacturing factory in Thailand, and in China, he
established relationships with new suppliers. He then returned to the sales department of the parent company as
Managing Executive Officer, where he reformed sales strategies by adapting SFA and inside sales, again contributing to an
increase in profit.
In 2021, he founded Arch-Up International Co., Ltd. with an enterprising spirit and desire to use his wide range of
knowledge, skills and business experience to support customers to achieve their goals and contribute to society.
